Ingredients

4 Garlic Gloves

2 cups of chickpeas
·
1 ½ tsp kosher salt
·
1/3 cup tahini
·
6 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh – 2 lemons)
·
2 tablespoons water
o
The water can come from the chickpeas as the chickpeas
normally come in a can.
·
Hot sauce is optional
Instructions
1.
Drain the chickpeas and set aside the liquid
2.
Combine ingredients into a blender or food processor
3.
Add the water from the chickpeas and then continue to
blend until thoroughly mixed. About 3-5 minutes
