protein shakes all the time can get boring. Let's try switch things up and have
fun with our protein shakes to even make more GAINS!
Ingredients
-Protein
-Milk/ water
-Peanut butter
Utensils needed:
-Protein shaker
-Bowl
-Table spoon
-Fridge
Recipe depends on the servings of the protein brand. Consider, a 2 scoops per serving protein brand with 10z of water or milk. Add 10oz of milk into a shaker, add 2 scoops of protein into the shaker and mix well to get a good consistency.
